Photographer Guidelines
PHOTOGRAPHER GUIDELINES
We love that photographers choose our farm as a place to capture memories! And we enjoy knowing that our property is a special place where many memories are made and we love sharing it with others. We do ask that you respect our private property and ensure your photography session at Craven Farm is a memorable one by following the below guidelines.
WEDDINGS
These guidelines do NOT apply to weddings being held at Craven Farm.
FALL FESTIVAL (September 17 - October 31)

Sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance.

Upon arrival, please register at the office.

By signing in, you are releasing the farm from any liability and agreeing to provide 3-4 photos from your session. (credit will be given)

There is a non-refundable $50 per hour fee, to be paid in advance.

Photographers and clients must comply with all farm rules. Failure to comply with rules will result in removal from the property.

We ask that you provide 3-5 photos to be used for promotional purposes

Individual client and family sessions ARE permitted if a client requests our location for their photos. However, please do NOT advertise Craven Farm as a session location for your clients.

Photography is allowed only in the areas of the farm that are open to the public. This is for the safety of you and your clients, as we are a working farm with tractors and other hazards.

Mini Sessions are NOT allowed at the farm anywhere or at any time

Photography is only allowed during operating hours.

Please be respectful of other customers around you as to not interfere with their experience at the farm.

Drones are NOT allowed.

All photos must be family friendly.

Pets are NOT allowed at the farm. ADA service animals are welcome.

If you publish any photos to social media, we ask that you tag Craven Farm to give credit for using our location. If posting on Instagram you may also use the hashtag #cravenfarm.

Craven Farm assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings.
OFF SEASON

We are a private residence and are closed to the public, with the exception of our Fall Festival and private facility rentals.

TREE FARM
The trees prior to our parking lot are not Craven Farm property. To obtain
permission for photos, please contact Harden's Tree Nursery.
