PUMPKIN DONATION REQUESTS FOR THE 2023 SEASON

Craven Farm strives to support our local community whenever possible through donations.  As the frequency and size of donation requests continue to increase each year, we at Craven Farm make every effort to provide support to local charitable efforts. Although we would like to donate to all worthy causes and organizations that ask, it is impossible to fulfill every request. Only those that we are able to fill will be contacted.  Past support of an organization or event does not guarantee future support.

If you would like to request a donation of activities from Craven Farm, please email or mail a formal letter of request on company or organization letterhead at least two weeks prior to the event for consideration.  Your letter must provide the following information:

• Description of the organization

• Date and name of the event

• Potential number of attendees

• Type of donation requested

• How will the donation be used

• Name, phone number, and email of the contact person

• Any promotional benefits for Craven Farm
